Organization/company affiliation
Role within the organization
B. Sales Activity Data
We collect:
Audio recordings of sales pitches
Pitch duration
Location data (if enabled by the user)
Outcome tags (sale closed, follow-up set, not interested, etc.)
Performance analytics generated from recordings
C. Limited Customer Information
We may collect the homeowner’s name for internal pitch identification purposes only.
We do NOT intentionally collect:
Homeowner phone numbers
Homeowner emails
Payment details from homeowners
Sensitive personal information from customers
D. Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
Payment processing is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Provide performance analytics
Improve coaching and training tools
Allow managers to monitor team performance
Maintain account security
Process subscription payments

Audio Recording & Consent
Users are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal recording laws. By using the recording feature, users represent that they have obtained all necessary consents required under applicable law.
We are not responsible for any misuse of recording features by users.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
